Marshall Schools Community, a Reminder and a Clarification... Reminder: There will be no school tomorrow, November 3rd, due to Election Day. Clarification: The new Region 6 guideline that limits gatherings in one space to the lesser of 25 people or 25% of overall room capacity does not apply to schools. We will be able to continue as we have been.

MHS picture retakes will be this week on Wednesday, November 4th. Students that are in remote learning are scheduled to come to Marshall Junior High for their retakes from 3:15-4:00.

Congrats to the Girls XC team on their 3rd Place Sectional Finish and qualifying for State (Brooklyn Bender, Kailyn Morris, Ally Compton, Isabel Arthur, Emma Gard, Ashley Sanders, Sophie Smith). Ben Ross qualified for State for the Boys who finished 8th overall as a team. The State Meet will not be run this year due to CoVid Rules. Congrats to all on a great season and to Seniors Ally Compton, Cole McFarland, Ben Ross,and Dylan Stillwell on their XC accomplishments.

Good morning, Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, October 22, from 4 – 7 p.m., and Friday, October 23, from 8 – 11 a.m. Due to Co-Vid concerns and restrictions, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be done remotely via phone or video conference. Parent-Teacher Conferences will be done by appointment only. We ask that you please contact the MHS office (217) 826-2395 to schedule a time to meet with your student’s teacher. Once a time is established you will receive communication from your student’s teacher at the desired date and time. We look forward to hearing from you!
